Sanity upgrade to 3.35.0, blog integration, metafields, and re-structure

This PR handles a few things:

• Sanity latest: The latest shown upgrade is 3.35.0 and the change from desk to structure.
• Blog Integration: added the ability to create blog posts, authors and categories per the ticket callout: "Support for page, blog and article templates"
• Metafields: Ticket callout to get this added to Shopify products and products with variants: "Metafields and Metaobjects for Shopify"
• Development dataset: Since Sanity allows for two datasets and a firm believer you shouldn't be adding features to production, in Sanity config added the ability to use a development dataset.
• schema changes: Belief for new beginners' readability and cleaner maintainability, I re-structured how the schema index.ts file was pulling in objects.
