User story

As a Team Lead (Tom), I would like to create a new table in MLWH for Ultima UG1000 sequencing that mirrors the iseq_flowcell and eseq_flowcell tables, so that we can support and distinguish the new sequencing platform.
We expect the structure of the new table to differ slightly from iseq_flowcell and eseq_flowcell, as Ultima is based on wafers rather than flowcells.
Table name agreed with NPG team: useq_wafer

Acceptance criteria

Consider if these features can be featured flagged to decouple testing and deployment.
To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• New Table(s), columns, types etc to be confirmed with NPG (table to include study, sample, index, library, and all the lot numbers from the batch tasks page)
• Confirm with NPG when and how they will populate these tables.
• The new table(s) can be updated from SequenceScape (via RabbitMQ)
• Changes made to UAT MLWH
• Changes made to Training MLWH
• Changes made to production MLWH

Hi @BenTopping, I am summarising here the changes requested by NPG team:

• drop lane column
• Rename id_wafer_lims to batch_for_opentrons
• charset and collation are wrong

We may need to add 'new' id_wafer_lims column holding a unified id (combo between the batch_id and the NT_tube) but holding on this, as waiting for some responses from the nexus team
