User story
As a user (Tavis M) I would like to update the traction tube label template to help lab staff identify tubes more easily. Currently lab staff write the last few digits of a barcode on a blank tube lid and ignore the lids being printed from Traction. This is because the last few digits are the most useful at identifying which tube is which and for long barcodes Traction can cut off the last digits making them less useful. Below are some example layouts for what tube lids should look like.

Acceptance criteria
Consider if these features can be featured flagged to decouple testing and deployment.
To be considered successful the solution must allow:
- Tube lids correctly reflect the layout of the attached images for NT (sample tubes) barcodes, TRAC-2 (library and pool) barcodes and SQPP barcodes
- Tube lids only show the last N* digits if a barcode is too long to display. Where N is the most possible digits while remaining legible on the tube lid. (this should be fixed and determined by the developer during testing)

This comes as an output of #2361 where a new tube layout was discussed and preferred over the current label layout.
