Description
Blind RB analysis is commonly used for leakage characterization. It would be convenient to have the post-processing needed for doing blind RB number estimation built in. We already have a flag for RB circuit generation for randomizing the output state, so this should be a fairly straight to get the post processing so folks can automagically get these values given such an RB experiment design.
