Update Unit Test Organization #534
Description
The current organization of the unit tests (i.e. into directories) reflects the pre-pyGSTi refactor structure of the repository (was this refactor in 0.9.10?) . We should update the structure of these test directories to reflect the current structure of pyGSTi.
