Hi, My name is Sam

Digital Designer & Front-end Developer

Last year I transitioned to freelancing in digital design & front-end development working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vite, Next.js, TypeScript, SCSS/SASS, Node.js, Jest, Git, Agile, Scrum, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, APIs, Open AI etc. I've also used Figma, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign in my previous work as a UI/UX and digital designer.

Simple Social Platform - With a sign-in and register page and dynamically added posts, this is a simple but interesting tutorial project learning about connecting a Firebase database and Redux for managing state.

Weather Forecast App - Weather forecast app built with JavaScript fetches and presents weather data based on user search, utilizes local storage for data persistence and saves places to history, and relies on Moment.js and the OpenWeather API.
