[Bug]: RPM packaging uses wrong variable in posttrans

What happened?

When doing a dnf -y reinstall salt-minion (possibly/likely for new installs as well) for salt-minion-3007.11-0.x86_64 on an AlmaLinux 10.1 box, the following error occurs:

chown: invalid user: ‘%{_MN_LCUR_USER}:%{_MN_LCUR_GROUP}’
warning: %posttrans(salt-minion-3007.11-0.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 1

This, of course, leads to all sorts of weirdness since the e.g. cache and runtime don't have ownership enforced.
