Currently, we only sync to TestRail that test-case either passed or failed.
We should add failure message (stack-trace) for failed test-cases
This means simply passing tag content (shishito xml xUnit report) into test-case description.

Additionally, it would be useful to show link to Circle CI job in Test Run entry.
