How can i convert trained blip2 model to upload to huggingface

I trained a retrieval model using the BLIP-2 model.
I would like to upload this model to Hugging Face.
Is it possible to convert it so that it can be loaded with Hugging Face Transformers?

I want to train a model using BLIP2. Can you provide me the step-by-step instructions to do it?
Currently when running training srcipt, I am getting errors when using requirements.txt of LAVIS, requirements
because of version conflicts and compatibility.

I am using google colab pro with A100.
My python version is Python 3.11.11.

Can you also provide your requiremets.txt if you have used other versions?
