Stability table's failure section throws an error

Describe the bug
When trying to open stability table's failure section, Epi throws an error: TypeError: Cannot read property 'map' of null.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Teams
2. Select a series
3. Series: overview: navigate to stability table
4. Click 'Failures' button
