Feature suggestion: Local ML model

Is anyone working on a specialized ML model for categorizing transactions? I feel like it would be an interesting project, and more in the spirit of an app that's supposed to be privacy-focused. Not to mention the cost savings. I would be interested in working on such a project if no one has started.

Some challenges I can see coming up are:

• Categories will have to be fixed from the beginning
• We need a way to re-train models locally to fine-tune them for each uses
• The best results may require pre-training with a public dataset, which may be hard to acquire
