[Passkeys] Fetch contract addresses from `safe-modules-deployments`

Context / issue

Currently the Passkey contract addresses are hardcoded and only available for Sepolia. When the contracts are finally audited and deployed we should change to @safe-global/safe-modules-deployments as the source of truth.

Proposed solution

• Align the supported chains, as the currently alpha version is only allowing Sepolia to be used.
• Align @safe-global/safe-modules-deployments package with the final addresses of the released contracts.
