[bug]: Combobox Root manualFiltering docs mismatched with implementation

Describe the bug

Noticed a small discrepancy with JSDoc comment and the implemented default for the manualFiltering prop.

Not sure what the intended default behavior is so I didn't open a PR for the fix, but figured it was at least worth reporting to avoid future confusion.
