…ionValue (#320)

* adapted derivatives to the new restructure

* simplified implementation by removing unnecessary 1d input case

* Added .evaluate_derivatives to base, included tests for derivatives and modified fidelity_kernel to call fidelity_kernel_expectation value

* recycling values, i.e. evaluate_duplicates working in notebook

* No duplicate included in FidelityKernelExpectationValue and made a test

* Included warning print about evaluate_derivatives

* Removed one extra line that made the tests crash

* removed the example and used black on the fidelity_kernel_expectation_value

* reset of regression_example.ipynb

* black

* black on tests

* fix testjob

* Implemented most docstring fixes

* tried to fix latex

* implemented correct bounds and trying to solve latex problem for :math:`U(x)^\dagger U(y) |0\rangle` and measuring the expectation value of the operator
    :math:`P_0 = |0\rangle\langle 0|^{\otimes n}`, where :math:`U(x)` is the encoding circuit unitary
    evaluated for data `x`.

* used black and wrote LATEXHERE place holder

* added missing docstring

* improved comments of fidelity_kernel_expectation_value

* added an extra comma
