Rabin signature and zkp is not supported on BTC, so oracle.md and zkp.md should be deleted befter they get supported.
The contract state pattern on BTC is not the same with it on BSV. So the tic-tac-toe contract should be updated to BTC state pattern, BTC state pattern ref here: https://docs.scrypt.io/how-to-write-a-contract/stateful-contract#stateful-user-defined-types
