Hardware wiring for the mechanical switch

Could you provide more details of the wiring diagram for option "Device Configuration B - Advanced Configuration With Mechanical Bypass". The wiki has a parts list but would appreciate if you could share more details of the how to wire the hardware up. Thanks , appreciate the great work you have done on this project
