Please make ForkCheckerPlugin accept a callback #142

Description
It would be nice if ForkCheckerPlugin could accept a callback that is invoked whenever it's done checking.
In my use case I would like to run my linting after the fork is done as ts-lint loader is just slow as hell on a large project and I want to run ts lint in a separate process.
