Make synchronized files easier to recognize.

Why

When synchronizing for the first time, a lot number of articles will be imported who have already written many articles, however the id is not readable and understandable by people.

Suggestion

Add created date to the head of the file.
e.g. 20220120_d054b95f68810f70b136.md

Hi kyntk,
As you suggested, v1.4.0 makes the initial file name more readable and understandable when initially downloaded from Qiita.
Now the file name is like "2020-07-14_TypeScript_17ca73295aad9997f22e.md", which includes the created date of file at the head, and some tag(s) of alpha-numeric characters in the middle (tags of Japanese characters are ignored to avoid codec issues).
