Install the reviewed agent-instruction cleanup on main without the unrelated iOS feature branch. Add the concise upstream-sync skill and its operational reference, and make Prime-specific guidance contextual while preserving contract ownership and user decisions for competing upstream behavior.
Validation: skill-creator validator, relative reference checks and git diff checks passed. The prior independent scenario review covered read-only upstream comparison and authorized sync with unresolved product choices; its findings were corrected and rechecked. Instructions only; no application behavior changed.
