[Bug]: Some colors do not update when changing themes #9

What happened?
When you change the theme of Roblox Studio, the colors of UI components will not update and require you to close and reopen the Signs to fix.
Steps to reproduce
1. Open Signs.
2. Go to Roblox Studio settings.
3. Change Roblox Studio theme.
4. See how some colors don't update correctly on Signs.Relevant log output

Notice how the arrows and text input outline colors do not update.
