Rating support

Currently, there's no support at all for setting or retrieving ratings. I'm going to start working on this now, and I'll send a pull request when I'm done.

Status update: I've got it implemented, but I've somehow broken the queue and current media item streams. I'm debugging this now.

OK, after an hour of writing log statements to try and work out what was going on it's just decided to start working. I'll do some more testing and I'll make a pull request shortly.

Now I need to add support to set ratings from the client.

Thanks, I've merged it and made some small changes to naming and moved some code around. Do you want to check that it still works with your project?
