License issue with dependency: create-react-context ^0.2.2 (resolves to 0.2.3)

What is the current behavior?

Current create-react-context dependency version (resolves to 0.2.3) license excludes many companies from use of create-react-context, and thus from using react-localize-redux as well.

What is the expected behavior?

If you could fix the version to 0.2.2, or update to ^0.3 (which appears to have no API changes) then this licensing issue would go away. If there are ways to work around on this on my end, I'm open to those as well.

The only difference in 0.2.3 vs 0.2.2 is the license change. In 0.3 it leverages new internal dependencies, but doesn't appear to change the API.

Which versions of react and react-localize-redux are you using?

• react: 16.13.1
• react-localize-redux: 3.5.3

Was able to work around this by taking a dependency on create-react-context @ 0.2.2 explicitly. Would still be a nice change to help others avoid this license snaffu.
