Just to clarify - where do you want 2.8 issues posted? I know it's basically the same codebase as 3.x, but it might confuse others who are using 2.8? Or maybe it will all become apparent once we see where 2.8 ends up being housed.

I'm actually setting up the PW 2.8 repo on the new GitHub org account, but
saving that one for next week. It'll include instructions in its
contributing file and first issue report. Basically we'll be using the new
issues/requests repos for 2.8 as well, but I still have to figure out the
details.
