Requirements:
- Working MySQL installation, as well as Python / PHP + MySQL deps
- Working https://github.com/peeringdb/peeringdb-py installation
- Fill out DB details in both the PY and PHP file
- Fill out your ASN or PeeringDB ID in the PY file
