Added option: collapse_groups. If true groups are collapsed on init

@robertsLando thanks for making this contribution, unfortunately, this really needs to be done in Coffee Script as the file you edited is automatically created by the compiler. |

I haven't never used Coffee script before, If you like it you could take my changes and write them in the coffee script |
