Before I get anyone's hopes up: this is just @danforbes's existing work, which doesn't implement evaluation (yet). I've brought it back up to date as something for me to work on during my free time.
I'm testing with RWKV-4-Raven-7B-v11x-Eng99-Other1-20230429-ctx8192-ggml-q5_1.
Closes #75.
