Following #14, here's a first draft for an API with seedable hashes.
I kept the same signature for the public wrappers to avoid breaking changes, but added wrappers with a
seedparameter in theseedmodule.Let me know what you think about the new API and if you're okay with the seeding method I implemented for
NtHasherandMulHasher.
