Allowing text after claim command?

I just tried to add an explanatory text after @rustbot claim but it seems the command parser doesn't accept this:

Allowing this would bring triagebot in line with bors as well

Currently triagebot require either a dot or a new line after @rustbot claim. I don't know why though.
