Most likely this was just a result of copy-pasting. The attribute has no effect, because % always uses overflow checks.

remove `#[rustc_inherit_overflow_checks]` from `is_multiple_of`

Most likely this was just a result of copy-pasting. The attribute has no effect, because `%` always uses overflow checks.
