Range RangeFrom RangeInclusive doesn't implement Copy but RangeFull RangeTo RangeToInclusive do

Is there a rational that explain to not implement Copy for other Range structure ? This look inconsistent.

The former are iterators, the latter are not. Copy intentionally isn't implemented on iterators since it caused confusion (#18045).
