Rust book section links either broken or confusing

The first page of the rust book - http://doc.rust-lang.org/book/README.html - outlines the three sections, but provides no way to navigate to them without finding them in the sidebar.

The headings are clickable, but link to themselves rather than to the relevent section of the book. In addition, there is no overall "next" button to proceed through the book. - #20835
