bindgen doesn't always generate accessors for bitfields

No particular arguments needed.

I expected there to be an impl glyph_row with accessor methods for the bitfield in this struct.

Actually, I made a slight error. I had an old version of bindgen installed, and with the new one this testcase does not fail. It does still fail on the full code base, but just not on this partially-reduced testcase.
