What should be included in the glossary?

Decide what qualifies for inclusion in the glossary. If a term is never used in the reference (like "combinator"), should it be included? There are quite a few terms that are like this.

The person who started the glossary page did so as a general glossary for the Rust language. I don't really know how to go about with it.

I started the glossary page, and what i was thinking was: "let this glossary grow into the terms and definition chapter along with the reference growing into a specification" :)
