Entries in the glossary should link to the things they are defining when possible.

Like for every entry a "more" link??

Not necessarily every entry, since some of them don't have a relevant section (see #593). Also, if possible, I think linking key words in the definition is sufficient (see "inherent method", "object safe traits", etc. for some examples). I would only add "More" if there aren't any natural places to link.
