rendered version of the latest API docs

There is also a rendered version of the latest API docs available, for those hacking on master.

As mentioned in the README.md like this, is there any master branch's API docs?
Current link(http://rust-lang-nursery.github.io/mdBook/mdbook/) seems to be broken : (

There is no longer any rendering of HEAD, no.

Then it should be written like "use cargo doc --open on local master branch"
or just delete that sentence, right?

A better solution would be to tell travis to push the user guide and API docs to GitHub Pages again, that way the published user guide can't get out of sync with master.

Travis has a GitHub Pages deployment provider now, so in theory it should be a 2 or 3 line fix... I'll see if I can do something about it tonight.
