Copy to Clipboard support for rust playpens

Hi,

Sorry for jumping around topics but I have one more major pain-point. Namely it would be great to have support for copying rust snippets to clipboard (possibly other pre code to).

There is some interest in such feature in rust-cookbook https://github.com/brson/rust-cookbook/issues/171 and I have backported my awful hackjob implementing such feature as I feel that it would an interesting feature for mdbook (PR shortly for discussion):

Would there be any interest in such feature?
