Dark mode download graph labels have very low contrast

Current Behavior

In dark mode, the download graph is somewhat hard to read. It looks like its colors aren't adjusted, so the graph itself looks very bright for the theme, while the labels on the graph are fairly low contrast and a bit hard to read.

Expected Behavior

The colors will adapt for dark mode to make the graph more readable.
