Dark mode code syntax color scheme is too dark to read

The new dark mode is great to see, but there are some color choices that are less than ideal. Then there are some that are on the verge of unusable.

The "string" color in code blocks is an example of the latter. I can barely read them. For example the code snippet in the fluent-bundle README looks like this:

A dark mode syntax theme should be chosen that is actually designed for dark mode.
