@Amanieu I guess you should just be able to merge this to get a release on crates.io. Per #643 (comment) you need to close and reopen if you want CI to run (I'll ask infra about the PAT solution to make this automatic at some point).

Disabling the changelog was requested here #643 (comment) since this crate is just an implementation detail. Were you looking for a list of what changed regarding the regressions? Maybe it could still be helpful just for internal use.

oh I see. Yes I was looking for a changelog while investigating rust#128533. But I guess not a big deal. Can't speak for other people, personally I rarely come to this repo.
