Automatically hide outdated "The latest upstream changes made this pull request unmergeable"

Would it be possible to hide these comments if there is a new push that resolves conflicts, or if a new one of these comments is posted?

Actually hm, I'm looking at rust-lang/rust#141348 which involves old bors. New bors may do this already.

Yes, bors indeed does already hide those comments when a new commit is pushed to the PR :)
