Config rust-analyzer

currently ide-rust cannot configure the rust-analyzer server. I'm not sure where the list of language server configs are or what key they take, this requires some investigation.

It'd be nice to support something similar to the rls.toml file that could be used before.

Did you mean that error?

That error means rust-analyzer isn't on the PATH. It's not to do with configuring rust-analyzer.

I guess this is related to make RA call cargo clippy instead of cargo check
