Don't notify about "using rls command rls" when using without rustup

I use the package with system-wide rust binary rather than rustup, using #81 's hidden config.

Every time I launch atom in a rust project, it notifies "using rls command rls". Would it be possible to prevent it?

Yes I can shove in a quick workaround to avoid the message if the override is literally rls. It's probably time we improved the no-rustup situation too. I assume you don't have rustup installed, preferring your package managers rustc?
