Description
I've been having some issues with Mastodon, even with a fresh install. Based on some discussion on the Tipi Discord I've identified these specific problems:
- Redis is failing, even with a new install (cause undetermined, just becomes unhealthy)
- It's requiring SMTP as mandatory during setup, which it shouldn't be (not necessary for all instances)
- Does not include elasticsearch nor tor relay functions (can provide better user experience)
It seems like reworking it on the store might help some of this. Thanks!
