It's not a super big deal, but it seems like a lot of the things listed in the "Features" section aren't actually features. I think the only thing that should really be there is:

• Increase default cpu and memory to 1/2 of system cpu and memory (feat: Increase default cpu and memory to 1/2 of system cpu and memory #1563) (90a9594)

The rest seems to more accurately fit into "ci" commits.

I'd prefer if we could follow the steps here to correct the release notes if it isn't too much work
