Default includes (SM1.11) can not found/read

Since the sourcepawn (compiler) update from november (2021) or so, it seems like that Setup-SP will no longer work with latest SM1.11 versions.

While testing this in a VM with Ubuntu 20.04 and VSCode, I couldn't reproduce this.

Yup I have also ran into this issue when updating colorlib.

The current workaround is adding -i $includePath when calling spcomp.

So in my case this worked out to:

spcomp -E -w234 -O2 -v2 -i $includePath -i $SCRIPTS_PATH/include $file

This has been fixed on master, pin to master or @v1.2.0
