Use grid layouts in DID, RSE, Rule pages

**Context:**
After discussions with @mlassnig, we have decided to show more information on the screens. Instead of having the user scroll, the idea is to give them access to more information within the same screen. One way to do this is to use grid layouts instead of row flex boxes.

This change should be implemented on the DID, RSE, and Rule pages.
