Add 'all' as a default query type for DIDs search

Description

Currently there are only 3 types of DIDs out of 4 accepted by the rucio server.

Motivation

As a user I might find it useful to list DIDs of all types. It also seems intuitive to make it the default option

Change

Add an 'all' radio button on the List DIDs page

Additional Information

• The Rucio API needs to be changed.
