Update Audit Edit to Use New Theme #893

Theme update
We're upgrading our bootstrap theme to use a bootstrap 4 template and need to upgrade the various pages in our site.
This issue is the update the app/views/audits/edit.html.erb view file to use the new bootstrap theme. When submitting your PR please include a screenshot of the completed page!
If you get stuck please refer to the following pages have been done and can be used as a reference in the new theme:
app/views/requests/index.html.erb
app/views/distributions/index.html.erb
app/views/donation_sites/new.html.erb
As this is a work an progress and we can't go live until all the pages have been converted please submit your PR against the new_theme branch.
