Disallow negative values in the donation money field
Why?
if anyone is putting a negative values in a donation monetary field, perhaps it's really a purchase! Negative values just don't make sense.

To see the field in question
sign in as org_admin1@example.com
click on donations, then new donation. The field that needs adjustment is labelled "Money raised in dollars"
Criteria for completion
- cannot enter negative values in the money raised in dollars field
- tests to confirm this behaviour
