Configure Fastly CDN to host rubyforge.org and *.rubyforge.org

By following these steps in the setup doc.

@mghaught and I paired on this on 4 Apr 2025. We're yet to update the DNS (see #8) but have tested it as working using curl:

Finding an IP for Fastly:

$ dig rubyforgery.org

Make a request to Fastly and explicitly set the Host header to rubyforge.org:

# Observe that we see the 404 page from our redirects-origin.rubyforgery.org GitHub Pages site

$ curl 151.101.192.204 -H"Host: www.rubyforge.org"
# Observe that we see the 404 page from our redirects-origin.rubyforgery.org GitHub Pages site

I'm leaving this open for now as I'd like to double check the Fastly config with Marty before we switch the DNS.

Marty has now updated the DNS for rubyforge.org and *.rubyforge.org (see #8) so I'm confident this is working as expected. Closing.
